About Stephen.
Stephen is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in the construction and property industry. He began his career in Sussex and went on to spend two decades working as a Commercial Director within the construction sector before founding Veritas Surveyors Ltd.
Stephen brings together his deep practical and professional knowledge and has extensive expertise in building refurbishment, new-build housing, and high-rise developments. Over the years, he has developed a strong skill set in building pathology, defect analysis, contract administration and commercial management — ensuring clients receive informed, reliable advice across a wide range of projects.
Stephen is both a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

HomeBuyer Report (Level 2)
